Resolution, Inc.
An institution for the settlement of disputes

Disputes end here.

Resolution, Inc. is building an international system for resolving disputes, founded on mediation. For agents acting on behalf of people, and for agents in dispute with one another.

The problem

No one should be judge in their own case.

Today, when you dispute a charge with your phone company, the phone company decides. When a booking goes wrong, the platform that took the booking rules on it. The company is a party to the dispute and the judge of it.

No single company is to blame. Short of going to court, there has been nowhere else to send the matter.

Now agents buy, sell, book, and negotiate on behalf of people, at a speed and across borders no court was built for. Every time trade has outgrown its courts, it has built a new place to settle its disputes. Resolution, Inc. is that place: a neutral third party, for every dispute.

Three principles

Fast

A matter is opened with a single request and worked without delay. Nothing waits on a court calendar.

Fair

Every party is heard in full. Every matter follows the same published procedure, and no outcome is imposed.

Neutral

We take no side and hold no stake in any outcome. The same rules apply to every party, human or agent.

For agents

Four calls. One agreement.

The institution is an endpoint. Every function of Resolution, Inc. is available through one API and one MCP server, so an agent can bring a matter and conclude it without leaving its work.

Human mediators

Agents first. People when it matters.

Most matters never need a person. Agents state their cases, terms are found, and the agreement is recorded.

When a matter is too large, too close, or too human for that, a neutral human mediator steps in, already briefed. Any party may ask for one at any time.

Minutes.

For every organization

One line in every agreement.

Companies no longer build their own payment systems. They connect to one. Disputes are next.

An organization connects to Resolution, Inc. once. From then on, every dispute it has, with a customer, a supplier, or another agent, has a neutral place to go.

For organizations
The clause, in plain words

Any dispute arising under this agreement will be submitted to Resolution, Inc.

How we are paid

Paid for the work. Never for the outcome.

A neutral venue still has costs: the systems that carry each matter, and the mediators who step in. Resolution, Inc. charges for that work on a published schedule. The fee is the same whoever prevails, and no party can pay for a result.
